How to Apply
Applying to Nhlayiseko Independent Combined School is simple and straightforward. We welcome applications for Day Care (6 months – 5 years) and Primary School (Grade R – Grade 7).
Step-by-Step Application Process
- Collect or fill an Application Form
Application forms are available at the school office or can be completed from our website. - Complete the Application Form
Ensure all sections are fully completed and signed by the parent or guardian. - Submit Required Documents
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Immunisation/clinic card (for Day Care and Grade R)
- Latest school report (for Grade 1 – Grade 7 learners)
- Copy of parent/guardian ID
- Learner Assessment (Where necessary)
Some learners may require a short assessment to ensure proper learner placement.
