How to Apply

Applying to Nhlayiseko Independent Combined School is simple and straightforward. We welcome applications for Day Care (6 months – 5 years) and Primary School (Grade R – Grade 7).

Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Collect or fill an Application Form
   Application forms are available at the school office or can be completed from our website.
2. Complete the Application Form
   Ensure all sections are fully completed and signed by the parent or guardian.
3. Submit Required Documents
   • Copy of child’s birth certificate
   • Immunisation/clinic card (for Day Care and Grade R)
   • Latest school report (for Grade 1 – Grade 7 learners)
   • Copy of parent/guardian ID
4. Learner Assessment (Where necessary)
   Some learners may require a short assessment to ensure proper learner placement.
